The main goal of DIAMOND Communications is to deliver sets of interrelated services from pre-project surveys to actual installation of networks of any complexity and their maintenance including hot-swapping backup capabilities and training of technical specialists in our own Centre of Network Technologies (CNT). Our Centre was certified as an authorized training facility of the leaders in the worldwide telecommunication market - Cisco Systems, Motorola, Lucent Technologies, AVAYA and others. It offers a Network Education program which comprises regular courses for certified experts, as well as topical workshops and conferences. There is an authorized test center Person VUE, too.

The CNT network laboratory has a trial facility to design modern technology networks. The facility is used to support trial operation of the latest models of telecommunications devices. DIAMOND Communications is interested in maintaining customer networks at the most modern level. That is why we obtain full technical data about the supplied equipment and rely on technical support provided by vendors. It enables us to offer professional maintenance services. A wide network of dealers is always ready to support our customers in the provinces. In case of complex projects, continuous on-site technical support is provided.

On customer demand the company provides complete or partial backup of supplied equipment. This may include quick replacement of faulty equipment by backup devices while the faulty equipment is repaired.
